Beautiful bottle, unusual gift. If gifting it, buy it close to the occasion as the best-before date seems to be roughly 4 months on.

Don't worry about expiry dates - you probably won't reach that. I've had this 2 weeks and it's almost done. Didn't even bother mixing with alcohol - just mixed 50ml with a tall glass of sparkling water. It is a balanced bitter citrus tonic with a little sweetness.

I'll sum this up with "it's ok". Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I envisioned drinking this like I would a cordial, and expected a burst of delicious citrus flavour. But instead its very "understated". You need a *lot* of this to even taste it, and while the taste is a pleasant combination of sweet and sharp, I found it to be entirely underwhelming. It definitely won't last long (because you need to use a lot of it in a tall glass of fizzy water), but I don't think I'd buy again. Spend your money on Bottlegreen. It's half the price for 3 x the flavour. Read more
