From the Jonkmanshof citrus garden, each fruit and herb is harvested by hand, sorted, and processed into their Old-Fashioned Lemonade Cordial. A mixture of 100% pure citrus fruit, sugar and water is allowed to absorb the richest flavour for 2 weeks before finally being bottled for going to shelves.
