From the Jonkmanshof citrus garden, each fruit and herb is harvested by hand, sorted, and processed into their old-fashioned Grapefruit & Thyme Cordial. A mixture of 100% pure citrus fruit, herbs, sugar and water and is allowed to absorb the richest flavour for 2 weeks before finally going to shelves.
