Great first impression, but then...
I was unsure whether to give this 2 or 3 stars.
I am using this fan in my home office, and as I spend most of my time on video calls, it has to be near noiseless. This is what they advertised - very low noise levels - so I ordered it. When it arrived for pickup at the shop, I even had it assembled and tested, and it was fine.

Wow!
Absolutely love this smart fan! If you follow the instructions, setup is a pleasure. It’s nice and quiet which is a bonus making it perfect for use in the bedroom. The fan is well made and attractive.

Best fan you will buy
Especially great at night as it's very quiet and there are no annoying lights even though it's a smart fan. Assembly is a breeze — and also the fan head doesn't have to tilt up and down to specific slots — it's all very smooth.
