Wusthof's elegantly designed and functional chopping boards are made from high quality plastic, bringing fresh colour to your kitchen. This special material gives each board a high level of flexibility, which protects knife blades from damage.
- Small flexible plastic chopping board
- Made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)
- Special material acts like a buffer, protecting delicate knife blades
- Helps knives stay sharp for longer
- Does not absorb smells or flavours and is antibacterial
- Can be sterilised - simply pour boiling water over it and within 30 seconds at up to 150°C it will be sterilised
- Can withstand temperatures ranging from -20° to +150°C

This mat seemed a little pricey to me but once I started using it i realized it worth every penny and more! No matter how sharp/what knife I use it does not mark the mat AT all. I have used it every day for 3 months and it still looks brand new. Definitely will get more in other sizes

This cutting board is like no other I have owned. It does not get 'marked' by a knife and is easy to clean. I have discarded all cutting boards in our kitchen and now only have a range of colours and sizes of this particular brand. Highly recommended.

Wow it really doesn’t leave any cutting marks. Love it and I’m definitely buying the bigger one as well. Remember it’s a cutting mat not a board, expert something light and thin. Very convenient, easy to use and wash.

It is small, but the more I use it (which is every day) the more I love it!

So convenient for slicing up fruit, veg and smaller things, and the flexibility and bevelled ridge are awesome for capturing juice and keeping the counter fresh.

Cleans up easily and the material quality is excellent. Saving up for the big one but am very very happy.
