Perfect non-stick and looks beautiful too!
Have been using my pan for a few weeks now and love it. The non-stick works well and you don't even need an oil or butter. Even tough items that usually stick (frozen gluten free thin wraps) don't get caught on this pan — and the best part, it look gorgeous too. I would most certainly recommend this pan — love it!
