I had a Victorinox knife and gave mine to my mother in December, who had lost hers.
I was lost without my knife and so replaced it with a brand-new spanking green Victorinox knife. It cuts through veggies and salads without any hassle! Good quality product and recommended for all to buy.

Like a hot knife through butter, and no, I was not cutting butter, although I might at some point, cause I love butter. I was cutting carrots and for the first time the family did not have to duck and dive for that carrot Gatling gun shooting carrot rings all around the kitchen. Thin, sharp, precise and an absolute pleasure to use.

Making salads, cutting fruit and veggies are now a pleasure! I never realised how blunt my knives were until I added this one to me collection. All other knives have now been trashed and replaced with these. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend. The funky colours are also an added bonus :-)

Definitely a must have, but beware it's not a knife for sissies. If you're not concentrating you can quite easily lose your fingernails or even fingertips with this beauty.
