  Unit 43 Distilling Company's motto is "Find and Refine." A smooth caramel flavour, with a mild earthy spiciness that also brings out the Juniper, is imparted to Wooded Gin during its ageing in repurposed oak wine staves. Have it on the rocks or with your favourite Indian tonic.

    • Smells like Christmas — a vanilla whisky-flavoured Christmas pudding

    • Hints spicy, earthy caramel flavours
    • Citrus on the back of the mouth with whisky peaty flavours coming through
  • Finish:
    • Robust powerful & full-bodied
    • Woody with whisky flavours on the finish — leaving you with a lingering hint of peaty juniper flavours
    • Spicy cinnamon and nutmeg

  Unit 43 love making things they love, and they love well-crafted spirits, so it was inevitable that the two would come together.
