Super sharp.
A beautiful, seriously sharp knife that quite frankly scares me. It slices through anything with such ease. It's not too heavy and is an asset to any kitchen. Just be careful when handling it — I'm sure it could cut through time itself.

I have an authentic Japanese Damascus knife, yet I prefer to use this.
I've probably had this for about a year — I haven't ever sharpened it. It's dulled now, and if I get a cut going on the random lesser used parts of the knife it will still make the slice. Otherwise, with the more blunt parts, it's not slicing cleanly. It will cut, but it will not keel.
