I'm very happy with my Swan toaster. I love the fact that I have the option of only toasting 2 slices, even though it's a 4 slice toaster. It looks beautiful and stylish on my kitchen top, it toasts nicely too. And I love the various options of defrosting and warming and above all, the 2 year guarantee. Thank you Swan!

The knobs have a satisfying firmness when adjusting the brownness setting. I like that the two sides operate independently. The design is neat and it seems to be well made.

Useless and bad customer service. Cannot believe that they cannot just replace the item, now I have to wait for an inspection before I can get the item replaced (or perhaps they're all faulty).
