Brilliant
I've had many of these slicers over the years and defaulted to giving or even throwing them away. It's never the knife part that's at fault but it's how you hold the item to be sliced! This slicer has the perfect holder, adjustable to any fruit or vegetable you might want to slice.

My favourite mandoline
I have several professional mandolines but prefer this one. I use it daily and love how easy it is to use, wash and hang up ready for next use.
