Great sriracha!
Great product although it's a pity about the xanthan gum used in the sauce — would prefer to have a sauce with absolutely no preservatives and other ingredients. But compared to some, it's so much better.

Amazing Hot Sauce
This is such an incredible, flavorful sauce. Just enough bite to not set your mouth on fire, and a lovely vinegar base. It's a thin sauce, so close to Tabasco in thickness and consistency.

Awesome Sriracha sauce!
Very good Sriracha sauce with not too much bite (Heat rating of 6/10 on the bottle). Good choice for people wanting to start to explore the world of hot sauces. Goes really well with chicken wings!
