Very disappointing
I purchased this item for the promise of "keeps the contents hot for up to 6 hours".. Sadly I am lucky if the boiling water remains hot enough for a cup of tea 2 hours later... I am really disappointed as I did not go for the "cheapest" item, but the one that promised what I needed working from home.. "HOT" water for a couple of hours, not luke warm?
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Very good looking and easy to use, but keeps water hot only for 2 hours.
