We love the Scrub Buddy! It works so well on pans, without being too abrasive, dries well and is neat and tidy. It also works well on glassware as the silicone material easily moulds to the shape of the glass.

I bought this hoping to eliminate sponge scourers, sadly however I don’t find it as effective. I will continue to use it, but have to resort to the sponge scourer for stubborn spots.
It works well for scrubbing vegetables.

The Scrub Buddy is a cute object, cleverly made and lovely to wiggle between your fingers, but it does not scrub. It's useless, sorry to say. Good idea, but not fit for purpose.

I thought that this silicone sponge would have a handle of some kind, but it doesn't. This makes it difficult to grip it when cleaning; however, i like it to clean those very dirty dishes as the dirt washes off instantly and does not absorb into the sponge as it would with a 'normal-type' sponge. It is far more hygienic. It also doesn't create foam so I then use a normal sponge to give the dish a final cleaning. Read more

This is wonderful to clean pots and pans without damaging them. For tougher sauces that stick more, the pot must soak. However you need to foam up the pot before using the sponge as it doesn’t foam the soapy water in the pot. It’s also good for cleaning veggies.

This did not remove even light food from my non stick pan
I was hoping it could replace the Silver Lady which are very expensive. The silver lady and a goldilox are much better.

Every woman's dream to stand in front of the kitchen sink washing dishes, isn't often the case. I don't want to struggle and scrub at my pans. This is the best most efficient way to wash them clean, and it saves my nails. Every woman needs one of these.

Bought this for our non-stick pan. Does a good job at cleaning the non-stick side of the pan. You will need a different sponge to get the harder grit/food off the sides of the pan though. But this sponge is very durable!

I'm always looking for more sustainable options, and kitchen sponges are something I'd really like to avoid using in the future. I was hoping this scrubber would help with that goal, but unfortunately, it doesn't work half as well as a normal sponge. As someone else said, it doesn't allow the soap to foam — I generally feel as though I use twice as much soap to achieve half the results. I'll keep looking. Read more

I like it, but as my husband does the dishes, he got the veto and he does not like the scrub buddy - he finds it too big and slippery and it glides over dirt that is stuck on a plate or pan. I don't like waste so I repurposed it as a rest for my soap and shampoo bars in the shower caddy so they do not slip through the metal slats, playing hide-and-seek, anymore. The bars dry well and do not become the soggy mess a wet natural soap/shampoo bar can become if it sits in a puddle. The scrub buddy is excellent at cleaning the shower door too. Read more

Works well on glasses/soft messes, but not great for scrubbing (more akin to a soft sponge, than a scour pad) — silicone can feel 'greasy' but I think that's my own sensory issue. Doesn't leave streaks — would recommend if you hand wash glasses often.

This has been a useful aid for handwashing dishes. It's flexible, so it can be used on all appliances and dishes, and is abrasive enough to remove dirt but soft enough to avoid damage or scratching.

Not a great product for the purpose it is intended for. It doesn't scrub well (I still need to soak the pans and plates for ages before washing them) and the nubbins come off if product is used to scrub vigorously (adding to the micro-plastic issue I was trying to avoid in the first place).

I was hoping to permanently replace the scourer sponges that I have to renew very frequently, but sadly this "sponge" isn't quite abrasive enough to remove baked-on grease. However, it works well for all other dishwashing jobs and is robust and easy to handle, if a little larger than I'm used to. I love the fact that it can go in the dishwasher.
