Not well described
The Bodum range of coffee plungers is vast and the description of spare parts is not well defined. I purchased the wrong one (the one I need is out of stock). This is not a Yuppiechef problem. It should be addressed by Bodum, identifying items by product number etc. instead of just size. Be sure before you purchase!

Replace rather than waste
I was so happy when I saw this Bodem replacement. I'd chipped my original, and it seemed a waste to throw the whole thing away just because of the glass. The old jug was a mission to get out (we ended up breaking it to get it out). But the new one slid in easily and stays in place. The spout is also better than my previous one.

Doesn't fit, kind of.
The product description said this would fit the Bodum Kenya french press. It goes in fine and seems like it's a snug fit but as soon as you heat the glass even a little it becomes loose and slides out. Still, it gets the job done and is better than having to buy a whole new french press. Although, it's still pricey in my opinion.

Be very careful (No issue with product).
The product was great — exactly what I asked for — but it cracked as I put it in the holder. Be careful as it breaks super easy — almost too easily.

Long stock wait...
After not ordering the correct size replacement glass I had to wait until new stock had arrived months later. Finally, I ordered the item after a long wait. Expensive, but worth it eventually. Will be very careful not to break it!
