• Eggplant/Brinjal:
  • Pandora Striped Rose eggplants are a striking light pink colour with white stripes. They are teardrop-shaped and typically grow to be 10 - 15cm‚ long with no thorns. Each plant has productive yields. This variety of eggplants is believed to be a part of the lineage related to the small teardrop multi-coloured varieties of India. Trade routes would then transport earlier cultivars to Europe and the New World, where improved selections would be cultivated. They have tender flesh with a creamy texture, and mild flavour devoid of bitterness.
