I don't have the SousChef sous vide stick, but happy to find out that my Anova fits too :-)

Not flimsy

I have both the 11L and 22L — the 22L I bought for larger cuts (leg of lamb, brisket). I cannot say that either of the containers is flimsy. Seems like a durable material to me.

I do agree that they are expensive, went to look for similar containers at another retailer, and I could find 25L containers for R720, but without the cutout which I suppose one can easily make.
<br /> I also have the sleeves and they are worth the add-on. I didn't like the sound of moving my filled container on my kitchen counter without a sleeve. I don't know if it makes a difference in insulation. Read more

Good quality. The design can be improved, I suggest changing the profile where the Sous Vide connect / latches.

I add a wood shimmy to decrease the place below the lip as well as (IMPORTANT) prevent the plastic from cracking when attaching the Sous Vide

The Sous Vide fits perfectly in the container and the lid. It is very effective in the 11L container. The lid prevents the evaporation of the water.
