We had a cheaper generic machine before the Snowmaster and it was OK. But this machine is fantastic, fast, not noisy and makes beautiful blocks. It is sturdy and made from good quality materials. Rather spend an extra couple of rands and buy this one!

It took a while to get the right one which is the SnoMaster but I can assure all customers that it is far superior to the previous one I purchased. In-fact I would be bold enough to say that you should stop selling the other machine, it caused me a lot of aggravation and if it was not for your fantastic customer service I would have probably thrown it away and considered it a life lesson. Have just bought this
Very happy but just have a few questions that might help others
When the ice is made I put it in my freezer but cubes stick together need to bash them apart
Can one leave them in the machine they seems to be a bit wet
With respect we live in KwaZulu-Natal which is hot maybe the heat is affecting the machine

Hi Penny, the machine will continue to produce ice until the ice storage bucket is full, the ice full sensor light will then turn on and the machine will automatically stop making ice until you empty the storage bin. So, you can leave the ice in there for a while. Unfortunately, the ice will always stick together once you put it into the freezer. We hope this helps!

Only received it on Thursday and used it for two days, so not able to say if it is going to work that good. But for the two days we used it I am satisfied and if it keeps on working for the next 4- 5 years (which my previous one lasted) I will give it a 5 star.
