The Dutch Oven casserole pot from the Classic series is great for slow oven cooking or for creating oven-like heat on the stove. The pot is made with a 6mm thick base that provides perfect and uniform heat distribution. The pot's handle is attached using a patented locking system that ensures it does not become loose over time.

amazing pot
Non-stick amazing pot. Sear on stove top and then straight into oven for slow cooking. Good for up to 260° C. No problem at all as most recipes call for medium heat (180°C). Very easy to clean. I like it a lot.

This is a great product
This Classic Dutch Oven pan is great for use on the stove and oven. It holds the heat at a very low temp for slow cooking. The handles are at an angle that makes them easy to manage and the lid seals well. Its non-stick surface is a pleasure to work with. The size is ideal for a double up quantity. I would recommend this product to a friend. It's great!

Awesome product, but too big
We ordered this pot as we have many Scanpan products that are just amazing. Non stick, light weight, and easy to clean. However, this pot is too big. I needed a medium sized pot, and this one is large. Had to return it.
