Scanpan Classic Saute Pan with Lid — Variant: 20cm

This is the third Scanpan in our "Classic" collection - we have a bigger and a smaller one - and they are all great. We've noticed that they quickly develop very fine scratches, even if you only use plastic implements and clean them very carefully, but these scratches aren't deep and don't affect the performance, which is far better than any other non-stick pan we've used.

I've only used it a few times, but loving it so far! Perfect size and sooo easy to clean! Solid but not heavy. I'll definitely buy from this range again. Also: shout-out to the v&a store staff who helped me choose and purchase it.

The non-stick surface is great and the size is just right for making curries, chicken a la king, etc due to the high sides. The corner angles are also perfect when stirring. It's perfect!

The non-stick coating is really non-stick - it does not even stick to the pan.
Sadly, the cheaper non-stick pans from my student days (which I still use) work better than this one!

I have not found a pan as worth every cent as this one, reccomended. I own a large Scanpan as well and when I was looking for a smaller one it was an obvious choice, I'm sold on this brand.
