It might seem expensive for a little 16g tub, but you only need a little pinch in your food, so the tub will really go a long way. Great in pasta and mushroom sauces.

I love this stuff. It's packed full of flavor, so you really don't need to use a lot at a time. One jar lasts for months! My favorite is using it on steak or scrambled eggs. I prefer this zest over the truffle salt.

If you like truffle this is a must! It’s so strong and intense that a little goes a long way - so far we have used it in on chips, in mayo. On popcorn and in a cream-based cheese sauce that will blow your mind! Next up is a risotto! Yum

Absolutely olfactory bliss. Compared to shaved truffle it’s a steal. Turns the most humble pumpkin soup into a gourmet dish of note. Use with as many things as you can dream up, but essential on a Porcini mushroom risotto. Just a small sprinkle over your plate when serving is all you need. Do not cook with it!

Wow just wow! I wish I found this product years ago. I have always looked for ways to enjoy Truffle at home without breaking the bank. This is it. You don't need to use a lot of it either so the 50g bottle is going to last a year+ easily.

Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys truffle.

An extremely putrid smell, you can smell the jar 3 metres away even when it's closed.

All the positive reviews convinced me the product was nice. It is not.

The product is not expired — at least what the label indicates.

Gagged and almost threw up when I tasted it.

Can't get the scent out of my mind, constantly smell and taste it, it's horrible, and it ruined my day. Read more
