The Domaine Des Malandes is a family-run estate covering 29 hectares of vines in the Chablis region. The wines are appreciated for their freshness, sophistication, and minerality from the famous Kimmeridgian soil unique to the vines of Chablis. This dry white is approachable and will age superbly if kept in a cellar. While best enjoyed with mild to soft cheeses before a meal, it also pairs excellently with charcuterie, rich fish like salmon, shellfish, red meats, and poultry dishes.
