About Spier
With a history that reaches back to 1692, Spier in Stellenbosch is one of the oldest wine farms in South Africa, the first vines having been planted in the 1700s. Alongside the Frans K Smit, Spier's flagship creation, the farm produces three ranges of terroir-driven wine, each with its own style and sense of place.
