Ingredients:

  • 2 baby papayas, peeled, halved and seeds scraped out
  • 2 segmented limes
  • 1 cup (250ml) Bulgarian yoghurt
  • 100g pistachio nuts
  • Honey, for serving

Method:

  1. Place three papaya halves onto a platter and set aside.
  2. Cube the remaining papaya halves and fill the hollows of the three papayas on the platter.
