RAW Hammock Lounger — Colour: Beige

This standalone lounger is as comfortable as a hammock but without the need to be strung between two struts. Ideal for relaxing at the pool, under the trees or on the deck. The frame is made from Sapele Mahogany wood and fitted with a fade-resistant "proof" fabric and aluminium poles. The fabric and materials used are fully outdoor.

The yarns used to make "proof" are made from solution-dyed polymer, both polyester and acrylic, sourced in Europe. This results in the colour lying evenly through the cross section of the fibre, and not just in the outer layer as with conventional dyeing. The fabric is also treated with fluorocarbon which imparts a water, oil and soil repellent finish, for quick drying and easy cleaning. A biocide is also added during this application to help prevent mildew. These treatments are done with chemicals sourced from reputable companies, and are not in any way toxic. The wood is finished with a UV resistant outdoor wood oil.
