Excellent roaster.
Particularly good for roasting pork belly, which should be dried out overnight in the fridge on a rack (which task this oval roaster accomplishes perfectly), this purchase has proven its worth by freeing up space in my fridge commandeered by my husband's previous makeshift efforts in that regard.
