This roasting pan is tiny, perfect for a mini roast for two. Lid slides off easily and because of this it is not easy to get the roasting pan in and out of the oven.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

So it's great to cook with but taking it in and out of oven is an issue as it doesn't have handles so that's difficult. My mom is 72 so she struggles to manage this if you hold it on the space it opens.

I have no complaints. I adore my new roasting pan, and think of new stuff to put in there everyday.

Would definitely make use of Yuppiechef again in the near future :)
