A very useful bowl for bakers
A very useful bowl. Has measurements in ml and pints up to 2l, but I think total capacity is about 3l, so a good size. Has a pouring lip and a small flattened area at the bottom - the latter is useful when beating by hand and scraping batter/ dough etc. A handle would have elevated this review to 5 stars. I am hoping that the measurements won't be erased in the dishwasher. So far, happy with it. Read more

4,2L Pyrex bowl.
I feel that such a large item of glass should be more robust as compared to other smaller items made from Pyrex. However, I bought it to defrost items in the microwave and it is perfect for that. It has a clever design that allows one to rest it at an angle making it a great mixing bowl as well. I am happy with this purchase.

What a game-changer!
Such a nice bowl to have in our kitchen. Not only is it massive, but the measurements work really well (it can replace all your smaller measuring cups), and it can act as a great mixing bowl.
