I'm very impressed with the Glass Loaf Dish. My gluten-free banana breads, which are normally quite sticky, turn out of the dish very easily and they taste better than ever. Plus it's a breeze to clean.

I am really enjoying baking sourdough sandwich loaves in this bread pan. I love that I can see the loaf proof and the size is virtually the same as a shop bought loaf.

This glass loaf dish is great to be able to pop into the dishwasher and won't rust like the tins do. I didn't take note of the width though and would like it to have been a couple cm wider.
