Product was amazing at first few uses.
After one week of use the iron sticks, it doesn’t glide as nice anymore, I want to return it.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

We had the unit assessed by our supplier, who tested it thoroughly and confirmed that it’s operating as intended and within manufacturing standards, so unfortunately it doesn’t qualify for a refund or replacement.
That said, we understand how frustrating this must be. Sometimes a build-up on the soleplate or certain fabric types can affect how smoothly the iron glides.
