The scissors have a pleasing resistance as they cut, sharp and larger than expected.

I haven't used the herb stripper but even without that, I would recommend them. Also, the two halves come apart for easy cleaning.

Really impressed with these scissors from OXO. They cut through herbs, veggies, and packaging easily. The handles are comfy, and I like that the blades come apart for cleaning. Super happy with my purchase!

These are great kitchen scissors, they're sharp and the handles have a good feel to them. The herb part also cuts through sosatie sticks and other random things you need scissors to do when you have kids. The handles come apart for washing, but not at all while you are using them
