This little cup is an absolute must if you cook with lots of liquid seasonings. It's incredibly handy to have a small measuring cup for a few tablespoons of soy sauce or oil that you can use on the fly or as part of the prep.

It's well made, well designed, and pours beautifully. Highly recommended as a replacement for measuring cups for liquid ingredients.

I bought three of these on a bit of a whim and for a while seldom used them. Then I discovered how handy it was to have liquid ingredients measured out and ready for adding to the dish I'm cooking.

You know the type of recipe that says 50ml of oil (divided) and you have to use 1T in the beginning and the rest later? Plus 25ml of lemon juice or soy sauce or whatever? With these little guys, you can get it all ready in advance. Having more than one is also handy when a recipe calls for more than 60ml. I use them all the time now and am so pleased with my impulse purchase. Maybe I need more? Mmm...
