  • This product has a 2-year shelf life
  • Before opening:
    • Keep it cool & dark
    • Store your olive oil at 12–18°C, away from heat sources
    • Protect from light and seal it tight
    • Ensure container is airtight to prevent unnecessary exposure to air
  • After opening:
    • Seal immediately after use
    • Reseal tightly after each pour — oxygen causes rancidity and reduces shelf life
    • Keep in a cool, dark spot
    • No need to refrigerate
    • Use within 1–3 months
    • For peak flavour and nutrition, enjoy your olive oil within a few months of opening — it won't 'spoil' but may lose its taste and health benefits over time
