- This product has a 2-year shelf life
- Before opening:
- Keep it cool & dark
- Store your olive oil at 12–18°C, away from heat sources
- Protect from light and seal it tight
- Ensure container is airtight to prevent unnecessary exposure to air
- After opening:
- Seal immediately after use
- Reseal tightly after each pour — oxygen causes rancidity and reduces shelf life
- Keep in a cool, dark spot
- No need to refrigerate
- Use within 1–3 months
- For peak flavour and nutrition, enjoy your olive oil within a few months of opening — it won't 'spoil' but may lose its taste and health benefits over time
