• The Anvil Shiraz:
  • Roots in Stellenbosch & Agter Paarl's shale soils
  • Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, followed by a 2-day cold soak for deep colour
  • Aged for 12 months, revealing a powerful nose of peppery spice and dark fruits, with a bright, juicy palate complemented by oak spice, anise, and blackberries
• The Fat Man Pinotage:
  • Grown in shale soils of Stellenbosch & Paarl, hand-harvested for optimal ripeness
  • 2-day cold soak, high-temperature fermentation in French oak staves
  • Tasting notes: red berries, plums, spice; medium-bodied, ideal with lasagna, arrabbiata pasta
• Le Courier Chenin Blanc:
  • Grown in granite soils of Stellenbosch & Agter Paarl, hand-harvested for freshness
  • Cold fermented at 12-14°C, aged on lees for complexity
  • Chenin Blanc with apricot, peach, tropical hints; floral aroma, layered palate, ideal with Cajun chicken, Mediterranean salads
• The Smous Sauvignon Blanc:
  • Grown in weathered granite soils of Stellenbosch & Philadelphia
  • Rigorously managed vineyards
  • Cold fermented at 12-14°C, aged on lees for 4 months, resulting in The Smous with green melon, pineapple aromas, white pear, stone fruit, and passion fruit flavours
  • Pairs perfectly with sushi, grilled asparagus, goat's cheese with fresh figs
