Wonderful Product
This authentic lemon extract has a real lemon punch without the "perfumey" after notes of an essence. It is the real thing!

The smells of the Amalfi coast
As with all other Nielsen-Massey products, this extract really enhances baking and cooking. The smell of the lemon is a reminder of lemon trees on Italy's Amalfi coast on warm summer days. A very potent product so use carefully.
