This is an excellent product no doubt! The flavour you get does not compare to the regular cheap vanilla essence. I just gave it 4 stars because it did not really exceed my expectations. I have used another brand vanilla extract which is just as excellent.

There is no taste to compare with Nielsen Massey vanilla. I cannot use anything but!

One of the things I bake is a meringue pudding that uses 14 egg whites. Up until now, all the other vanilla essences I used couldn’t quite hide the smell of egg. This time, the Nielsen Massey Vanilla Extract did the job perfectly.
No egg smell whatsoever. Although not cheap, I will definitely buy it again.
