Soothing
The different programmes are very soothing and are designed to address different needs (stretching and release; nature; relaxation, etc). You can choose between a female and male voice and both are wonderful. I love the concept and have found it to be effective in assisting me to relax and fall asleep . I also love that it is designed for travel (compact and secure).

Love this sleep-aid and meditation device
I keep the Morphée on my bedside table and really appreciate how it helps me fall asleep way better than a distracting cellphone. No screens or lights prevents distraction and the big selection of meditations, relaxation techniques and nature sounds really helps soothe the mind. I love my Morphée!
