I’ve been coveting this piece of kitchen equipment for a good year. But despite knowing how viciously good it is, I still managed to get a little skin into my grated garlic.
This grater should arrive with a stern warning of its sharpness. It’s actually ridiculously sharp. I would keep it way out of reach of children. It’s like a hundred knives down all four sides.
