- Caramelise sugar toppings on desserts such as crème brûlée and tarte tatin, brown meringues and crisp joints of meat
- Features an easy grip metal body, instant piezo trigger ignition, safety lock, removable safety stand and a large refillable cylinder (supplied empty)
- With safety in mind, the flame can also be adjusted and the safety lock is easy to reach, working at all angles for easy use
- Blow torch does not come with a full canister, for safety. Lighter fluid can be bought from all supermarkets, and will last a long time

This blow torch is such great quality. The weight, feel and ease of use just can't be beaten. I air-fry marinated tandoori chicken portions and to prevent overcooking I then char the chicken just before serving.

Just perfect, I'm so happy with this purchase.
