The granite looks fabulous. It is smaller than usual, but certainly suits our small kitchen. Unfortunately, I'd have to say it's overpriced for 12cm.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

I have wanted a pestle and mortar for ages. The granite grinds the herbs, etc. much better than the ceramic and wooden types. It also looks great!

I like the size (it's quite small, but works for herbs/spices, which is what I want. Not gonna work as a molcajete for guacamole or such). Not a fan of the rough outer texture, but that doesn't affect function.

I spent a long time looking at different pestle and mortars. This one is aesthetically the most pleasing that I could find and I love how it feels in my hand.

It's the perfect size for grinding dry roasted spices, the garlic jumped out when I tried to pulp it - It might be due to my technique.
