Stainless Steel Rotary Food Mill

I have struggled with sieving my tomato sauce with a hand sieve and was at the point of no longer making my own. Food mills were just too expensive until we tried the Master Class. I did not expect much for the price. What a surprise, it works! No more sore hands, thank you.

Sturdy construction and works well. I used it to strain seeds and skin for bottled tomato sauce and it saved me so much time. It’s quite small but it made light work of the 15kg of tomatoes I processed. I cooked the chopped tomatoes (in their own juice) for about 5 minutes to soften them up and make them easier to mill.

The rotary food mill is excellent for making apple sauce and tomato sauce, there is no need to peel or core as the skins and pips stay in the strainer. A great time saver.
