Professional Heavy Duty Non-Stick Frying Pan

Wow I have to say this pan is a real find - nothing sticks to that one that's for sure. The handle can get warm but I finally can put my Le Creuset handle sleeve to good use and love that this pan can go straight in the oven - at that price, a real winner! Buy it, try it, you will love it!

I have been looking for a hard-core, non-stick frying pan, and I found the one. The next one I buy of this brand will be a wee bit smaller as the 32cm is quite large.

I recently purchased two of these frying pans in different sizes. I've used one of them so far and I'm extremely happy! No comparison to the cheaper pans I've been using up until now. Frying is quick and easy as well as cleaning. The pan feels sturdy and has a good heat distribution. Unfortunately my existing glass lids do not fit onto the pan but nevertheless this product deserves 5 stars!

I love my new frying pan. It is particularly non-stick and it is a great size too. I also love the metal handle, which means I can put the whole thing in the oven if I need to.
I have only good things to say about it. I just wish it came in other sizes. I would love to have a smaller one too.

This is a great product. The pan distributes the heat well and the handle design is awesome and makes you feel like you are in control of the pan. The only negative is that the heat of the pan distributes through to the handle, so be sure to keep a cloth at the stove side.

Sturdy Pan

Good, sturdy frying pan. Not too heavy to handle and the long handle is nice to use - although it did get hot the closer to the pan you hold it.
Is non-stick and easy to work with.

Brilliant! I love it. Just wish I had got a size up. Also want a smaller one. I have not put it in the oven as yet. Time will tell if the non-stick holds up.

Very very happy with this pan. Handle was a little longer than expected when it arrived, but it’s actually turned out to be a great feature!

Amazing product. We really love that the non-stick coat is really a non-stick coat!! Easy to lift a pancake or egg off of (minimal to almost no oil/butter) — also easy to clean! We recommend getting a special rubber sponge for this pan from Yuppie!

The 20cm is the handiest little pan - perfect for frying a single egg, a slice or two of bacon or any little fancy bits and pieces. I love the weight - solid but not too heavy, well balanced, an excellent non stick coating (so far) and all in all a pleasure to use.

I was so excited about this pan after the reviews, but it wobbles on any surface.

I put it and it doesn't heat up evenly, I didn't even know they still made pans like this anymore.

It feels unstable.

Product arrived in perfect condition and was protected well.

Lovely to cook meals with, and to clean (Cleans easily on the inside and outside). Has a lovely weight to it that makes the pan feel premium and also keeps the pan at a good temperature when you add food to it. The handle is long enough that it does not get very hot when on the stove, however for long simmering sessions I would imagine it gets hot.

In search of a lid.

I bought this as a replacement for a Scanpan frying pan, which had its non-stick coating bubble and peel off well before the guaranteed period (YuppieChef refunded), and I am enjoying the MasterClass much more.

It is very good for that fancy-chef tossing and the non-stick is superb. Gotta watch the pan balancing because the heavy handle makes it prone to toppling over when it is empty and not fully on a flat surface. Also, none of the lids I have for other 24cm frying pans fit this one, and MasterClass does not seem to have one, which is unfortunate. Read more
