I am very happy with my purchase!
This casserole dish is very light compared to a cast iron casserole dish, I was surprised by how quickly it boils and how wonderfully it cooks on the lowest heat setting.
I specifically bought it for Moroccan tagine recipes as this is an ideal dish for a glass top stove that scratches so quickly with an original Moroccan tagine and many other pots and pans.
