I have been battling to find a deep tart / quiche tin for a while now as all the others I came across were too shallow to fit in all the filling. Love the Master class products. The 23cm is the perfect size for 2-4 people. Put the quiche or tart on a tin of beans when baked and the sides of the baking tin fall away perfectly.

I would never again use another quiche tin... this one is non-stick, and what I like most is that it is heavy and because of this bakes evenly... perfect every time..
