  • How to clean:
    • Ensure the heater is switched off and unplugged before cleaning
    • Once cooled, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or marks
    • Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. For stubborn spots, use a mild soap solution
    • Don't immerse the heater in water or allow any liquid to enter the housing or vents
  • How to store:
    • Before storing, let the unit cool completely and clean it as above
    • Unplug and carefully coil the power cord without sharp bends to avoid internal damage
    • Store in a dry, dust-free area, preferably in its original box or a protective cover
    • Avoid placing heavy items on top of the unit while in storage
  • How to maintain:
    • Regularly check the power cable and plug for any signs of wear or damage — don't use if damaged
    • Keep the air vents and heating element area dust-free by wiping gently as part of seasonal care
