Organic virgin coconut oil is cold-pressed from the fresh white meat of the coconut and has a distinct coconut flavour and smell. It is rich in medium-chain saturated fatty acids, especially lauric acid. Unlike many other saturated fats, lauric acid is a 'good' fat, which helps lower cholesterol. Organic virgin coconut oil is suitable for frying and cooking due to its stable nature at high temperatures.

Amazing!
I have fallen in love with this coconut oil. As a slightly strange use,t is delicious emulsified into coffee for a delicious coconutty, creamy coffee and commonly, is wonderful in cooking and baking. A little goes a long way, but I will always make sure I have some in the cupboard. Love that it is organic as well!

Coconut heaven.
Purchased this Lemcke Organic Virgin Coconut Oil fot cooking but its basically running my whole kitchen — baking, eggs and veggies — nothing stands a chance with this delicious oil. Makes the whole house smell delicious when you cook with it!
