Bake the perfect number cake for a birthday or anniversary with these silicone moulds. Use them one by one or in any combination — there is always something to celebrate. Bake the number mould with your favourite cake batter, remove it from the mould and decorate. The numbers are designed backwards, intended to be turned over after being taken out of the mould — this way, the visible side will be completely smooth, to be presented as is or decorated.

Lekue Number Cake Mould
I now have 4 of these silicone cake "moulds"/"tins" and am very happy with them. They are smaller in volume than their metal counterparts which is of no consequence to me though.
Can highly recommend the Lekue products.
