Instant rust.
I bought one of these and one of the Sagenwolf 20cm pans (for less than half the price), and the lever on this one showed a spot of rust after the first rinse, before I'd even baked with it. The pan performed fine in the oven, but no better than the cheaper Sagenwolf one which didn't instantly rust.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
