The ‘litre volume’ information provided by many airfryer manufacturers is not a fair reflection of cooking capacity, as this accounts for the inside space without the basket or drawer. What matters more is the cooking area at the bottom of the basket. To get the best results, you should cook items in a single layer, so focus on the base, not just the height or volume.
The Vortex Versazone model basket can easily hold two roast chickens along with their side dishes. When used as a single drawer, it measures 320mm x 240mm, and when used as two separate drawers, each one is 160mm x 240mm in size.

Care instructions
- Clean after each use
- Unplug before cleaning
- Don't immerse the power cord, plug or appliance in water or other liquid
- Let all parts cool to room temperature before cleaning
- Before use or storing, make sure all surfaces are dry
- Some discolouration may occur after machine washing, but this will not affect the cooker's safety or performance
- Clean airfryer basket with a sponge or cloth and a solution of warm water and washing-up liquid and rinse well. Don't wash the basket in a dishwasher
- The cooking tray and basket divider are dishwasher safe or can be cleaned with a cloth or sponge. Don't use metal cleaning utensils as this may damage the non-stick coating
- For stubborn stains:
- Use a mixture of bicarb and vinegar
- Spray and wipe with a damp cloth
- For very stubborn stains, allow the mixture to sit on the affected area for several minutes before scrubbing clean

Great sized airfryer.
I have used the airfryer a number of times in the first week and I love it. The drawer is a good size, I haven't yet used the feature of cooking 2 different things on different sides but I think this will be really useful as well.
The drawer is quite bulky for cleaning (it doesn't really fit in the sink) but the non-stick coating makes it really easy to clean so I am not finding Read more

Top quality product.
Really pleased with this air fryer. Arrived on time and have used it every day since. The adaptability of being able to use the whole 8.5L tray or split it into two is not just a gimmick and gives great results.
Looks good and cleans very easily. Can be thought of as expensive against others on the market but the quality and size far out way this.
