The sealing ring is an integral part of the Instant Pot safety mechanism. It’s designed, engineered, and manufactured with the best material to achieve the hardness and strength required to withstand high-pressure force during electric pressure cooking. To ensure your 8L Instant Pot cooker continues to perform as it is meant to, only use Instant Pot authentic sealing rings with your Instant Pot. It is recommended to replace your sealing ring every 12-18 months. However, the sealing ring is porous and may absorb odours and become discoloured. To avoid discolouration and odours, you may wish to change the sealing ring every 6-12 months.

Great product!
Great to have spare sealing rings for my Instant pot. I needed to make greek yoghurt and my existing ring smelled like my savoury dishes that I make often. So I definitely needed spare rings. I love the fact that they are different colours so I can separate them for different uses.
Ordering online was easy and they arrived earlier than I expected. Great service Yuppiechef!

Instant pot seal rings.
I'm so happy the seal works so well. No steam escaped, it was as quiet as a mouse. Locked in all the vegetable goodness. Even my drip little holder broke off for a while and there was no water laying around the Instant Pot — I was blown away 😳. Amazing product — definite win win.
